Movement detection sensitivity
The movement sensitivity setting determines how much movement the collar must detect to consider the dog to be moving.
Sensitivity can be set from 1 to 9.
| Setting | Sensitivity |
|---|---|
| 1 | Minimum |
| 2–8 | Gradually higher |
| 9 | Maximum |
At lower sensitivity, the collar tolerates small movements. For example, the dog can move its head or body slightly while pointing without immediately ending the pointing status.
At higher sensitivity, the collar reacts even to small movements. The pointing status therefore ends sooner as soon as the dog starts moving.
The appropriate setting may depend on the dog's size, how it works, and how the collar is fitted.
